A common mistake indie builders make - me included - is pouring most of their energy into fixing bugs, tweaking UI, and answering support instead of doing the one thing that could 10x the business: talking to users, repositioning the offer, or picking a better distribution channel.

• Increase feed quality. Update the TOS to be more restrictive on promotional posts.
