- Added Bounties marketplace with create, browse, detail, request, filtering, spotlight, API routes, Prisma models, and navigation links.
- Added Wagers game with wager creation, history API, service tests, protected page, rate limits, Prisma migrations, and terms updates.
- Added bounty activity into the feed, including bounty-created cards and open bounty feed modules.
- Added customer interview playbook lead magnet, article CTA component, layouts, sitemap entry, and playbooks page.
- Improved review edge cases, including cancelled request review preservation and clearer token spend copy.

A common mistake indie builders make - me included - is pouring most of their energy into fixing bugs, tweaking UI, and answering support instead of doing the one thing that could 10x the business: talking to users, repositioning the offer, or picking a better distribution channel.
Staying busy feels productive. It isn't always.

My take aways from seeing these results:
- The lack of top of funnel promotion has led to new users sign ups tickling in.
- Only about 2% of the user base is active in the past week.
- Pro users are down from 7 to 5.
My next steps:
- User Interviews. Reach out to pro users past and present.
- Find reoccurring advertisers. Reach out to past advertisers.
- Increase feed quality. Update the TOS to be more restrictive on promotional posts.
