Alexey Chikhachev is the managing partner of the HR agency A2 Team. He oversees the implementation of HR consulting projects and the development of the “outsourced HR department” model — a format in which a company receives the full range of HR department functions under a single subscription, from recruitment and document management to employee onboarding and HR administration. Under his leadership, the A2 Team works with clients across Russia, including Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The agency specializes in recruiting for industries such as manufacturing, engineering, IT, finance, retail, and more. The team’s experience is demonstrated by over 100 successfully completed HR projects. Alexey is a graduate of the Moscow State University Business School. He has delivered presentations on HR analytics and contributes to the agency’s methodology, which is based on the Employee Journey Map (EJM), transparent reporting, and fixed-cost services. A2 Team has helped more than 150 companies, and for many of them, the agency has become the standard for HR services in the market.
