About Builders.to Builders.to is where solo founders ship in public, get real feedback, and turn momentum into monthly sponsors. 1,283+ builders, 342+ projects, 922+ pieces of real feedback — and growing fast. We're small, fast, and allergic to marketing theater. This is a founding-team role with real ownership. The Role You'll own how Builders.to grows. This isn't a strategy-deck job — it's "talk to users, make the video, ship the post, watch the numbers." You'll be the public face of the brand across video and social, and you'll be in direct contact with the exact people we serve: founders building in public. What You'll Do Talk to users directly — DMs, calls, comments. Know our builders by name and turn their wins into our story. Build a short-form video presence — comfortable on camera; write, shoot, and edit founder-focused content that gets watched. Own social media end to end — content, cadence, engagement, and growth across our channels: Twitter/X — our core funnel; build in public, ride the algorithm, drive signups LinkedIn — founder credibility and B2B reach Reddit — community-native, value-first participation in founder/SaaS subs Who You Are You've grown an audience or brand from near-zero — ideally your own. Strong on-camera communicator who ships video fast and iterates. You understand the solo SaaS / indie hacker world from the inside. A doer who'd rather post 50 times than write one strategy memo. You think in funnels and connect content → signups → retention → sponsors. Bonus Experience with developer/founder communities. Familiarity with build-in-public culture and the X-to-community funnel. Comfort with crypto-native / agent-economy concepts (we run on-chain sponsorships + x402).
