Founder, Flamesoft Systems (est. early 1980s) I started building multi-user systems before the internet was mainstream. In the late ’70s, I built a messaging and gaming network on an HP 2000 that connected schools — persistent messages, shared chat-style rooms, real-time interaction — all before the web existed. Since then, I’ve spent 40+ years building production software: ERP systems, transportation management systems, ecommerce platforms, warehouse systems, wearable warehouse tech, and full-stack development environments. I’ve always believed architecture matters more than hype. Today I’m building FlameOS — an AI-native application platform designed for real builders. Not just one-shot demos, but structured, evolving, production-grade systems. It focuses on context control, modular generation, and cost-aware AI building — because scaling software requires more than prompts. Still shipping. Still learning.
