I'm often out on the job up a ladder connecting electric cables when my phone rings. Last year we lost probably 20-50 customers because I was unable to answer the phone and when I called back I never got a reply. This year I've decided to tackle that by creating my own AI support agent. I'm not quite sure how, but after reading a few things on builders to, I decided it's 2026, I can do this!
