I’m building CEO?, an AI founder workspace for solo founders, indie builders, vibe coders and freelancers who have their startup scattered across notes, docs, code, screenshots, URLs and AI chats. I originally started building it while working on a healthcare startup and quickly realised that building the product was only half the battle. The harder part was keeping the business plan, pricing, pitch materials, financial forecasts, market research, competitor analysis and strategy docs organised and up to date. CEO? is designed to help with that messy middle stage. You can upload rough project material and use it to generate business plans, pitch decks, financial forecasts, market research, competitor analysis and strategy documents. The goal is to help builders turn scattered ideas and product context into clearer business outputs without needing to start from a blank page every time. I’m especially interested in AI tools, bootstrapping, healthcare startups, vibe coding, indie products and practical founder workflows. Currently building in public, testing CEO? with my own projects, and looking for feedback from other founders and builders.
