JsonToolbox

JsonToolBox is a free and open-source collection of browser-based JSON tools for developers.

It helps users format, validate, minify, view, compare, and convert JSON without creating an account or installing software. JSON processing is performed locally in the browser, so users do not need to upload JSON content to a remote server for these tasks.

JsonToolBox is designed for everyday developer workflows, including inspecting API responses, debugging configuration files, checking JSON syntax, comparing payloads, preparing documentation examples, and converting structured data between common formats.

The project is built with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and TypeScript. Its source code is available on GitHub under the MIT License.

Future plans include improving support for larger JSON documents, adding local workspace recovery, keyboard shortcuts, privacy-focused redaction tools, browser extension support, and optional self-hosted deployment through Docker.
